• Client requests by location — When a client asks for additional work at the job site, the request is pinned to the location of the work — not buried in a text thread or an email chain.
• Scope changes and extra work orders — Extra work orders are tied to the specific location on the job where the scope changed. When it is time to bill, the record is already at the right address.
• Material approvals — Material selections and approvals are logged at the job they apply to. No searching through approvals across multiple projects to remember what the client approved.
• Photo documentation by location — Before and after photos attach to the pin at the job address. Every photo is automatically tied to the job and the location — ready for billing disputes or warranty claims.
