For independents & solo operators
House cleaners, pool techs, pest control operators, lawn crews, pressure washers, mobile notaries: if your work happens at addresses and you run it yourself, Lead Tracking Mode was built for you. Set your own stages, your own categories, your own route.
Yes. House cleaners use Lead Tracking Mode to pin every client address on a map, set the stage to Scheduled or Serviced, and plan their weekly route geographically. Add a note for each home and attach before/after photos directly to the client pin.
Yes. Pool techs use the map to see the geographic distribution of their route and plan the sequence that minimizes drive time. Each client is a pin with chemical notes, service date, and status. Overdue visits surface on the map before the customer calls.
After completing a route, log the trip in HeavyCivilHelper and the mileage is calculated automatically from your stops. The mileage log gives you a dated record of every trip — what you need for IRS mileage deductions or 1099 contractor reimbursements.
Yes. You define the stages. A house cleaner might use Scheduled, Serviced, Follow-up Due. A pest control tech might use Inspection Due, Treatment Applied, Return Visit Needed. The stage names, colors, and sequence are yours to configure.
